The staff was friendly and the hotel felt safe! Also, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a decent stay for our needs.

Check-in was frustrating with inconsistent payment policies. Additionally, the pool area was uninviting, with cleanliness issues and unpleasant odors lurking throughout the hotel.

Just a reliable pick for a quick layover in Owensboro with good price value. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Bring some snacks for breakfast because options are limited.

Perfect for Family Retreats

The staff was really fantastic and they were super accommodating allowing us to stay in the lobby before check-in which was around noon so we could plan our day. The rooms were clean and the breakfast area was well stocked got a nice variety which was perfect for my family.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for what we got.

We had a fantastic time exploring Smothers Park with the kids, enjoying the waterfall and play areas. The room was spacious and well-kept, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Roger who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay.

If you're a fan of mouthwatering steaks, be sure to hit up Texas Roadhouse just down the block for some knock-your-socks-off ribs. Plus, I loved the cozy space and sweet vibes from the friendly staff that treated us like family. It was an all-around great hangout, starting our trip right!

On the flip side, I couldn't believe the state of the room! The phone didn’t work, and the bedsheet had an unwelcome surprise stuck to it. Plus, we dealt with some serious noise issues from rowdy neighbors that made sleep nearly impossible. Not cool!

Our stay was driven by attending a tournament nearby. The room was comfortable, and the location made it easy to access the convention center. However, we encountered unclean bedding in multiple rooms, which was quite disappointing. Thankfully, the staff was responsive in addressing our concerns, but cleanliness needs significant improvement if we are to return.

During my stay, I appreciated the modern and bright rooms, along with the central location that made it easy to explore nearby parks like Legion Park and grab a meal at Texas Roadhouse just down the street. as a single traveler, the cozy atmosphere made it feel like home. but the entrance door was a hassle as it didn't work properly, which could use some attention.
